Restart the access point (wireless router). Consider other users who may be using the network.

When you cannot connect by using a mobile router, disable the privacy separator and re-set the network settings. A privacy separator interrupts communication between devices connected to the access point, it may cause network connection setting errors or printing errors from the computer.

If a network connected to the computer uses 5GHz band, the printer cannot be connected to the same network. Reconnect the computer to 2.4GHz band network and make printer’s network settings again.

Click Details, and then print a network connection report. Check the problems and solutions.
